When programmers of a mailer choose not to offer a choice, because for instance
the usability probe failed (they grabbed Aunt Tillie in the hallway and she
didn't know what she needed to set), that doesn't imply the mailer is broken.

Or not.  Given Peter's stance and plea to attach test cases and patches to
SF.net bug reports, this is a vain discussion I choose to drop out of now.
