Maybe narrowing this issue down, as it always seems to hang on one final update. According to this message, one appears to be missing from the package. I'm trying to find it.

It's really hard to troubleshoot it though. Sadly, because of this issue, I stopped wrestling with SCCM TS' for building and capturing and moved to MDT. It's faster and because it uses Microsoft Update double reboot patches don't affect it.
