No, even if the 2+ videochip is built in, this won't work because the
2+ essentially uses 5-bit color for red, green & blue each, and the
digitizing electronics in the 8280 just won't/can't digitize with
that precision.
Building that into the 8280 would come down to building a new
digitizer in there. Hooking up that Sony cartridge is a lot
easier for that....
