Nope. It is just a cartridge for 'docking' a non-PnP internal
modem. It goes at the speed of the modem as well as the speed
of the computer.
MSX2 with Z80 seems to be problematic with more of 14400.
Instead, R800 and Z80 6-7Mhz go nice with further speeds.

COMS6 from Angel Culla has ANSI Color since a year or so.
