It sounds interesting, but can it be done? Will the Z180 not have to be
slowed down because else it will pose timing problems? And we should keep in
mind that Leonardo Padial already has a working Z380 board. I've seen it on
the Tilburg fair and I'm impressed. Of course software made specially for
the Z380 board is not backwards compatible with the MSX standards. But a MSX
with Z380 is still a MSX, with some interesting extra capabilities.

I think the Z380 has great potential because if we can write development
tools that use the Z380, it can greatly speed up development of new software
that does run on a normal MSX. It's not a coincidence that a lot of software
is developed nowadays using emulators and a PC.
