I think that there isn't ANY valid reason to say that pirating -for any
system- is good for the system.
That's just bullshit. If there are less copies sold of a
program, the program will be more expensive for the
people who want to buy it. Developing games just cost
a lot of money. And developers want to see some money back from there hard
work.
Earning big bucks with selling hacked games is a step further. I saw people
playing Martos hacked games here in Holland while Homesoft was still
importing games, some
konami's for as low as $25. People were selling Martos pirated copies for
$10 back then..
And you are talking about not destroying the market? Come on...
