Fair enough. And I'd make a patch, but I don't know: 1. How to get plink to tell git that the host key wasn't found with - -batch mode on 2. How to get git to pipe stdin to plink during interactive mode (i.e. w/o -batch) 3. Where it would be appropriate to add an error message to tell users when it failed. My apologies; otherwise I would fix it. - -- Edward Z.
