Hi, i cannot answer you about the Omnikey Cardman 4040, but i may help you for the other, depending of the exact card you have, as some gemplus card names are a bit confusing. Is it a GemPC PC Card or a GemPC 400, for the last, you'll found a driver here : http://wazoo.schurger.org/gpr400 Jean.
