The resonance in low pass filter with an order greater than 2 is basically just 
a feedback from the output to the input. You need to switch the polarity of the 
signal, in other words, you subtract the output from the input, in order to 
place the feedback point to the point, where the phase shift of the low pass 
filter is 180 degrees.
