Bear with me I am fairly new to this list, Consider if the Audiobook is Unabridged or not. I append (UAB) to Album title tag but not on the track title. I also put Read by <Reader> in to the Composer tag. The problem that I see is have different publishing houses releasing the same book, like the Bible for example. Over all, keep the Name simple and take care of the information with the Tags. Would be my vote.

People can always use tagger scripts if they want the release name in the title, I think.
