If you're on a standalone system what are the advantages
then ? I tried the maildir format for a while and opening of
mailboxes took three times as long with maildir as with mbox
- but maybe there's a way to speed this up ?
BTW, I've never had a mailfile corrupted with mbox even if
at times some of them have been from 5-10 mb.
