I tried this and can't make it happen. RH Linux 6.1, XFree86 (3.3.5),
October Gnome, mutt-1.0pre3i (with slang) and either gnome-terminals
or xterms. Sorry. However, I can imagine the effects as I once managed
to get both lynx and mutt apparently attempting to run in the same
gnome-terminal. I think I may still have a screenshot of the resulting
madness knocking around somewhere. It was most peculiar. Alas, I have no
idea how I achieved it, and attempts to reproduce it failed.
I thought it was Lynx's fault at the time, but perhaps it wasn't
after all. Poor old unjustly-blamed thing. Maybe I should feed it
a cookie as a treat to make up :) What, me, anthropomorphic? Naah.
