Aborted unmodified message.

Hey, I'm having some trouble with mutt. I'm using mutt-1.2.2i, compiled
with the --enable-pop, running
on FreeBSD 4.0 Stable. I can check my mail fine, but when I try to send
mail, it doesn't work.
First, I hit "m", for new mail, then type in the address on the "to:"
line, and hit enter. Then it just says,
"Aborted unmodified message.". I can send mail using other muas just
fine, and I've
checked all ther permissions. Can someone help me out?
