What's most annoying are the folks who not only don't submit their key, but they also don't put it on their web page, or they don't put a link in their sigline. I know one person who has a demonstrated abundance of clue, but his sigline says "finger [EMAIL PROTECTED] for my public key", but foo.bar doesn't accept finger...
