         I've been having a very difficult time getting rdate to set 
the time on my unit.  Even when doing it "manually" via telenet.  I 
don't know if it's the internet connection, the router or some 
problem with the protocol.

         But I did figure out that you can issue more than one rdate 
command in the configuration file without harming anything.  If one 
doesn't work, hopefully another one will.  So I ended up adding the 
following lines to mine:

rdate -s 132.163.4.103;
rdate -s 132.163.4.102;
rdate -s 132.163.4.103;
