Well, got my hands on a real squeezbox (2 I think, the flat one) and 
tested synchronizing between it and two MVPMC boxes.  I couldn't get the 
real squeezbox and an MVPMC box to synchronize.  The MVPMC box must have 
had more buffer memory because it was always seconds behind the 
squeezebox.  However I was a bit more successful with the two MVPMC 
boxes.  At first they were not synchronized.  But after starting and 
stopping the music they stayed in sych for the entire track.  Before 
anyone goes out and buys multiple MVPMC boxes I would like to do more 
testing.  However, I was surprised as how well it worked - at least for 
the one track.
