Normally, we watch shows that have been previously recorded by the MythTV backend. However, recently we started watching a few shows via LiveTV and noticed that shows that would have been otherwise recorded by our backend were not. Rather than interrupting the LiveTV viewing like experienced with the MythTV frontend, it silently continued displaying LiveTV and skipped the recording. This is most certainly not desirable behavior from my point of view. I'd much rather that the spontaneous LiveTV viewing be interrupted in favor of the scheduled recording.
Has anyone else noticed this? Do I have something misconfigured? -- Jamin W.
