Well, I've tried connecting to the mythconverg database with an SQL 
browser, and I have no problem pulling out the commercial break data 
for the same recordings for which mvpmc reports "Found 0 commercial 
breaks for current program."  The number of breaks in the database 
matches the mythcommflag reports in the backend log.  So, it seems 
that the database is okay... what now?
