Another commercial skip problem I had was my timezone info seemed
to be off by an hour, even though the correct time was reported.
I just adjusted the tz info according.  I basically tried all
permutations before I finally found the magic one.  I turned on
debugging and wrote to a local nfs share to get a lot of debug info.

Also, check your time zone info in mythtv.  In mythtvsetup I had to
select "Your Local Timezone (for XMLTV): None".
