My MVP is without flash and it's a model: D3A I have change dongle.bin to dongle.bin.mvpmc and downloaded the latest original dongle.bin from hauppauge and place it in /tftpboot. I dont know if this helps.
My MVP stops at booting with one square and the rest flashing.
