Not on the newer H2/H3/H4 harware releases. The firmware loader in these 
simply requests dongle.bin.ver and then dongle.bin from the address it 
gets from mvpboot/mvprelay. It makes no difference what filename you give 
to it over DHCP. For newer models the DHCP filename is only used by mvpmc, 
which uses it as the base for config/xml filenames.
