This has not been fixed yet, mostly because I was waiting for Michael 
Drons to point to where in the code he's hard-coded a (NTSC) frame rate so 
that I could remove that in the same patch.

I can honestly say I haven't used the feature, but it is probably in need 
of some rather hefty re-writing by the sounds of it.
