Subject: Mvpmc-users Digest, Vol 30, Issue 3

------------------------------

The biggest issue I have ran into it getting an IR blaster that works,
the one
one the PVR150's only works for a pre-defined set of remotes
(supposely), and I
also have mceusb2 variant that I though would work, it works for input,
but the
2 transmitters don't work at all, and others report that this is also
the case
for them.

                                  Roger

Roger,

What's the output relevant to your mceusb2 transceiver for 'sudo lsusb
-v'?...specifically, idVendor, idProduct, iManufacturer, iProduct, and
iSerial. I'm successfully using an mceusb2 compatible unit that came
with a PVR-500 MCE card. It was really easy to generate the config for
my DTV stb, and initial config for both remote receiver and transmitter
functions was cake. Have you never gotten any output at all from your
emitter(s)?

Andy
