Been there done that, bought the tshirt

After upgrading from the Debain 6.x branch of slimserver to the 7.x version 
of SqueezeCenter, I noticed this behaviour.

In my case the problem is that for whatever reason, SqueezeCenter is always 
setting the volume to zero, I then have to turn the volume up in mclient on 
the mvpmc.

Basically I can play any song I want, I just don't hear it until I up the 
volume un mclient.
