This is the one tool (thankfully), that stopped me jumping from application to application for several years.
Key things I find invaluable. Rapid Task Entry! Rapid Task Entry!! Rapid Task Entry!!! Ability to Parse (in RTE and Outline.) Pocket PC client is fantastic. Ability to get reminders Ability to hide tasks in the outline. Recurrence. Responsiveness of Developers. New feature requests are well scrutinized, and the ones that are added always seem to make sense. It let's me do what I need to do, the way I need to do it, without getting in the way. That speaks volumes about the thought that has gone into it.
