Although I am not a devotee of GTD, this is broadly what I want - something that lets me visualise my work over the near term - Gantt doesn't particularly work for me because most of my tasks are a few hours rather than days - but in principle, this is all I need also.

Anything that is in my current focus (runway) gets a start and due date. For a number of reason I have found this to really work well as it allows me to create ToDo views that chronologically lay out the work needed to be done and syncing with Outlook allows tasks to show up under the calendar on their due dates. I'm not a supporter of a full blown calendar in MLO. I use Outlook for this. But I would really love an additional tab that shows a gantt view or something similiar so that I can better visualize the layout of those tasks that have been assigned start/due dates. Just my 2 cents. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
