The modem I do have now is unsupported as per status here.

worked great for me the first time I got it... You
will prolly want to download the synch files too from
there... And read the documentation, instructions are
very good... If it just doesnt work, you can prolly
ask them for the ethernet thing..

Well as on now I do not have the ethernet card. So is getting router okay? Any tips for getting router work on Linux please guys.
