Per Martin's request in bug 20331:
I have no exact means of reproduction of this bug, wherein
a tile becomes persistently blank and you cannot paint on it. This is what I
was doing at the time:
I was drawing, continuously (ie. pen down all the time), a spiral-ish shape
using Ink brush and constantly pressing KP_Up or KP_Down to change rotation
(KP_Up|Down is what I have the keyboard shortcuts for rotation set to.). It
was just a single tile that the error occurred in, painting was fine
beforehand and continued fine(just that that particular tile was untouchable)
