Follow-up Comment #13, bug #20068 (project mypaint): Sorry, I was working from memory re the cursor. The active and passive images are the same, and the image is of an arrow from the DMZ theme combined with the pan mode's icon.
Could you try the current git master again please, at https://gitorious.org/mypaint/mypaint/commit/57bcd033bc0db08bb54d894ae673f8c0d32a5c51 or later?
