I think there is agreement that we want to get MyPaint 0.9 out soon. So, when do we plan to get it out, and what needs to be done before then?
As with last release we need a string freeze of about 2 weeks, so translators get time to update. After string freeze we need a release candidate with about 1 week of testing/bug-fixes only.
