Good stuff! The colour dropdown will look similar shortly, with the history in the same relative place and ordered in the same way. For now I'll use a colour triangle, but maybe a palette+spinner would be a better option.
How does that "sideways" spinner control feel and look, out of interest? It's a bit non-standard, so I'm interested to know whether what it does is obvious initially.
