Here's an updated german translation. I hope there aren't too many others who've started to translate ;) Anyway, there are still lots of untranslated strings and I didn't touch brushlib translation yet. And glitches. Lots of glitches (There was one especially weird translation ["Difference" -> "Einstellungen"], so keep your eyes open and also check non-empty translations not marked as fuzzy).
