Hi all,
I've introduced this argument in others thread but I think useful to
explain this better. For me the interactions with and the tool options on
bar status are interesting and useful, and mainly to brush instances, the
main tool to paint in MyPaint :)

In this instance would be useful to show the infos of brush, the main,
perhaps, is the 'size'.

For me is a bit strange to work with logarithmic scale as on MyPaint or in
pixels as in Gimp... yes... you're always using our mental converter. So is
useful to have the size brush with the unit that is more common for each
work, e.g, a print work (offset)... for instance, to have the size of brush
in 'mm' or 'inch'. The variables of this feature, perhaps, already exist in
the frame feature.
I understand useful the nominal size brush value and not the effective with
pressure working in real time.

Is very difficult maintain the focus in large works... e.g., A3 plus, A2...
many times the lines become very thin because is very hard always to know
the effectively the size brush for each zoom (in or out). For ink process
this feature could be very useful... to resolve this I've made the fixed
brushes on MyPaint... but I made the debug of size strokes on gimp... :)
Thanks
