The binding dialog probably needs some minor tweaking before a proper release; 
it's sort of clunky to dig through and set binds up in as it is.  I tried to 
offer a couple ideas for how, but there may be better ways, too.  It worked 
perfectly for me when I tested it, though, so thank you for that.

Now if only gtk3 worked properly with evdev tablets...It shouldn't be necessary 
to fake using a wacom device just to get the pressure to behave with gtk3 apps. 
 
Especially since that may not even work correctly on all devices.

I know that bug got passed on to the gtk3 folks, but nothing ever happened past 
that.  I know wacom rules the roost still, but there is an ever-increasing 
number of alternatives available using evdev, so it would be nice to see it 
working properly again. (Worked in gtk2 apps, so it's a regression)
