Hello, I have a few hundred databases, with lots of tables and data, German and English characters.
I'd like to upgrade to 4.1, but am concerned at losing or corrupting data in the process. What is the official way to take this latin1 3.23 dump and load it into the brand new 4.1 utf-8 database, with the characters being converted during the load? Thanks in advance!
