Hi JM - Can you send us a few things?
1 - the exact error message you get 2 - the output of "SHOW VARIABLES;" from a mysql session 3 - the output of "SHOW STATUS;" from a mysql session What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting that has been unsuccessful?
