Is it the question that "how to dump drupal database ?" then here is one of the option. You can look at the details mentioned in the default/settings.php file and use mysql to export the data. Or the other option to install a module in Drupal "Backup & Restore" which can you just login thru drupal and you can take a dump of the existing database if you have admin credentials.
