Look at the secon part of Jason's statement:
     mysql <database name> -h<host_name> -u<user_name> -p<password>
It means that you connect to another MySQL server ...

Yes, you can create dumpfile on your first box, copy that file to
another box and then restore database ... but I think Jason's variant is
better :)
