LOAD DATA INFILE

Hi all

I am running a remote web server with MySQL v4.0.12 installed - local 
infile=1(ON)

When I try to upload a file via either a web interface or via 
phpMyAdmin I still get the error
The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version

phpMyAdmin generated the following:

LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE '/var/tmp/php4oNadA' INTO TABLE `session` FIELDS 
TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"' ESCAPED BY '\\' LINES TERMINATED BY 
'\r\n'

Please help
