Uhm, what are you talking about?!? Linux has no such limitation. you can grow files as large as you like. right now I have an InnoDB dbase with Mysql on a linux system and the file is over 60 GIGS in size!
maybe you meant 2 Tb? and if you did, let's see you make one that big. Dan.
