What about SMP machines? In general the experience may vary but I have been unable to manage it to work fine. :( Like, updating the key_buffer variable on the fly to enlarge it causes the computer to hang at a certain point. I had LOTS of os-dependent things like that. But to be honest this was FreeBSD 5 the most recent. I hope, KSE is our solution in a near future. > Jeremy -- For technical support contracts, goto https://order.mysql.com/?ref=ensita This email is sponsored by Ensita.net http://www.ensita.net/ __ ___ ___ ____ __ / |/ /_ __/ __/ __ \/ / Egor Egorov / /|_/ / // /\ \/ /_/ / /__ [EMAIL PROTECTED] /_/ /_/\_, /___/\___\_\___/ MySQL AB / Ensita.net <___/ www.mysql.com -- MySQL General Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/mysql To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
