Shawn,

I have the same TV - love it.

BTW - how do you watch 1080i content on the TV? Do you drive the tv at 1280x720p and do de-interlacing on the MythTV box? Do you have interlacing issues?

I actually don't have any 1080i content to watch (yet -- I'm sure that will change when HD-DVD and Blu-Ray hit the market, which is why I bought an HDTV), so that hasn't been an issue for me. I've watched stuff at lower resolutions that has obvious interlacing issues when viewed on my other computer screens, but I've never noticed anything on the Samsung.

Care to post your modeline you're using?

I'm sure this isn't what you're looking for, but:

   ModeLine "1280x720" 74.2 1280 1352 1392 1648 720 725 730 750

I just used the values recommended by dcc and reported in the XFree86 log.

   Shawn.
