I just viewed it as I told nagios to send one notification at a specific point, so I was surprised when it started sending acknowledgement emails. So there isn't a specific option to disable acknowledgments? escalation_options c ^^ implies to me, that it will ONLY send escalation emails on critical status. I think there should be a field similar to this that allows enabling/disabling the acknowledgement email. Either way, whether you agree that this is something that should be easily user-configurable or not, can you tell me specifically how to stop this behavior?
