These type of people have miserable lives, not just negative in the working atmosphere, but at home too, and Gawd help the poor waitress if they screw up!!!!I think in your case these people are blaming the salon owner for their whole lives because they can't take responsibility. And it won't change. I think it is HARD to find a salon without the negative personalities, like Lynnette said. I have a great salon, we have one negative person, but Lordy Be, don't have to work with her all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
