Laura, we feel the pain. The only reason I started texting last year, because the clients stated texting. And yes have used it to confirm and also to let them know I am running 5 min. late. My opinion on last minute cancellations, It depends on the client, I take it case by case. Are they worth it? Are they having personal issues? How many times have they done this? How much money has this client brought in to me this year? How much trouble are they? blah blah
