the gel will attach to her skin...but not forever. It does separate
again...leaving that pocket ready, willing and able to accomodate a
pseudomonas. That's one reason why I would keep it real short...less area
available... applying to the skin also presents one more problem...
overexposure.. possibly leading to an allergy. I do it on myself... but I try
to talk clients out of it, unless they have a function to go to...

Is no one concerned about the liability issue here? I never sculpt on fungus or
injured nails... if this person has a long nail with just a tiny amount
actually attacjed, can you imagine her pain and horror when she kicks that
sucker off??? You've just created the perfect opportunity for further damage,
infection, pain... I would recommend she go buy a press on toe nail and take
her issue into her own hands. And yall who do this are crazy!!

Hers came off from an injury, but she's definitely fungal underneath. She's
got about half a nail left. I thought I'd sculpt her something that was really
short so there wouldn't be too much pressure on the remaining nail plate.

I'm excited. This will be my first one!
