I hate to be all sour grapes, but simply posting a "sentiment" of thanks and
"bear with us" isn't acceptable.

I was and have been on board with this product since day one. I ordered, at
my very first (and one of the earliest) opportunity, this product. Not only
did I order the kit, but I ordered the lamp as well, just as CNDS would have
had it.

I then anxiously awaited May 1, the launch date that Jan Arnold was spewing
all over YouTube with, her words, "plenty of stock and warehouses full of
product and lamps ready to be shipped as soon as we finish the last level of
training in house".  This video date was early February I believe. I then
was told the lamps were delayed and would be in June 1. On June 1 I was told
middle of June or July and maybe even August. As you all know, I received my
lamp on June 23. Not cool.

Let me just say, without a doubt, the worst product launch that I can
remember....

Holly, I am not aiming this at you, you have been nothing but extremely
helpful and kind, but I, without a doubt, believe CNDS owes us more than
"I'm sorry".
