Long time no see, Amy! Welcome back. I am using Eco on my nails. I don't use a topcoat at all. My last application lasted 9 days. I also use the Handsdown plastic backed pads with acetone and scrubfresh. I love my Eco! My clients who wear Shellac love it but I think we techs probably can't get away with wearing it because it soaks off so readily. Eco rocks! I have decided to add eco to my menu of services, and plan on offering a slight discount for the first couple of weeks using it. One reason for the discount is that I do not have the top coat currently (I plan on ordering it today or tomorrow). Until I receive the top coat, what can I use? Right now, I have the eco on my own nails with NO topcoat. It is lovely, but I am worried about the porous thing, being that I use acetone and such all day. Would Pro-Tec/Intense Seal work for now (yes, I know I would have to file those off before trying to soak off the eco), and if it would, do I use it WITHOUT wiping the dispersion layer?
