If your pro tech is a non soak gel then I wouldn't use it if you are planning on soaking. I tried that once and it is hard to tell if you have filed it all off or not. It ended up with little pot holes where the acetone could get through. So I ended up having to file it all off anyway. Angie Wingerter

I have decided to add eco to my menu of services, and plan on offering a slight discount for the first couple of weeks using it. One reason for the discount is that I do not have the top coat currently (I plan on ordering it today or tomorrow). Until I receive the top coat, what can I use? Right now, I have the eco on my own nails with NO topcoat. It is lovely, but I am worried about the porous thing, being that I use acetone and such all day. Would Pro-Tec/Intense Seal work for now (yes, I know I would have to file those off before trying to soak off the eco), and if it would, do I use it WITHOUT wiping the dispersion layer?
