Now on to the question:
I've finally delved into the realm of SOGs. I have decided to add eco
to my menu of services, and plan on offering a slight discount for the
first couple of weeks using it. One reason for the discount is that I
do not have the top coat currently (I plan on ordering it today or
tomorrow). Until I receive the top coat, what can I use? Right now,
I have the eco on my own nails with NO topcoat. It is lovely, but I
am worried about the porous thing, being that I use acetone and such
all day. Would Pro-Tec/Intense Seal work for now (yes, I know I would
have to file those off before trying to soak off the eco), and if it
would, do I use it WITHOUT wiping the dispersion layer?

I am glad you finally got the sample and you played with it so quickly!
Right now you can either use the eco Clear or the base if that is
what they sent you. You can use any quick dry top coat such as Out
The Door to help protect against the porous thing. You really should
not have a big issue using acetone in the shop, YOU are not soaking
in it! Well at least I hope you aren't!
Intense Seal I belive is a HARD gel. This should not be used, it will
cause shattering when mixed with this type of soft SOG.
What color did they send?
